Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Prepare pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and marketing materials for client and internal use.
  • Conduct industry, company, and market research to support deal origination and execution.
  • Support due diligence processes, including data room management and coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
  • Analyze financial statements and public filings to assess company performance and valuation.
  • Coordinate with senior bankers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Outstanding academic credentials with a Bachelor’s Degree in related areas of study including Business, Finance, Economics and/or Accounting
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (internship or full-time) in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Securities Industry Essentials - SIE, Series 79, and 63 (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
