Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Learning & User Experience Manager with responsibility for shaping the firm's technology learning and user experience strategy. Hybrid in Boston/ NYC, you will build and grow a team and drive adoption of cutting-edge tools across the firm.

You will lead onboarding, change management, and user enablement initiatives, creating training materials and best practices while partnering with IT and business leaders to improve adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology training, learning & development, or user enablement.
• Prior law firm experience required.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Office Suite expertise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• iManage and Harvey experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technology training programs for attorneys and business professionals.
• Lead onboarding, technology adoption, change management, and user enablement initiatives.
• Create training materials, user guides, communications, and best practice resources.
• Manage and mentor a Learning & User Experience Specialist while helping grow the function.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to improve technology adoption and user satisfaction.
