Job summary

You will design and deliver impactful learning experiences, create microlearning content, and collaborate with IT and support teams to drive satisfaction with the firm's technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering technology training in a professional environment (preferred in law or professional services).
• Proven ability to create digital learning content including interactive e-learning and microlearning assets.
• Strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and attention to detail in content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs across technology platforms (Microsoft 365, iManage, etc.).
• Create engaging e-learning modules, microlearning videos, job aids, and on-demand collections.
• Lead onboarding training for attorneys and staff to build tool proficiency and workflows.
