Qualifications

• 5+ years facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions on DEIB and sensitive workplace topics.
• Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training in-person and virtually using established curricula and materials.
• Develop and update facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and ensure technical accuracy.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies to design effective learning experiences.
• Evaluate learner feedback and metrics to drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate attendance, evaluation, and training records.
