Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading multi‑team software engineering organizations.
• Proven track record hiring and developing engineering managers.
• Experience with cloud architectures, DevOps, and distributed systems.
• Shipping data‑driven or AI‑enabled features into production.
• Strong written and verbal communication at executive level.
• Experience with security/compliance for sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Take over and grow an existing engineering team with a culture of durable systems.
• Set structure for the engineering org and align EMs with product managers.
• Define quality standards, engineering metrics, and accountability across levels.
• Lead architecture and technical direction across platforms and teams.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance for the tech stack.
