You will mentor engineering managers, partner with Product, Data, Marketing, and leadership, and drive architectural and security standards.

This leadership role emphasizes delivering user outcomes, scalable systems, and the responsible use of AI to create product value.

Qualifications

• Deep software engineering experience and leadership of multi‑team orgs.
• Proven success in leading engineering managers and scalable orgs.
• Strong cloud, DevOps, distributed systems background.
• Shipping data‑driven or AI‑enabled features into production.
• Leadership, coaching, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Take over and develop the existing engineering team, fostering durable systems and user outcomes.
• Define and evolve the engineering structure, manager roles, and staff development paths.
• Guide architecture and technical direction across platform, security, and compliance.
• Balance feature work with maintenance, tech debt, and CI/CD improvements.
• Partner with Product, Data, Marketing, and leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Lead AI/ML strategy and evaluate use cases aligned to Engagement, Outcomes, and Growth.
• Establish and track engineering metrics, delivery throughput, and team health.
