Job summary

tem is seeking a Tech Lead for the Payments squad within Saldo, our Billing and Payments Service. You’ll own the squad's delivery, set technical direction, and drive cost-to-process down as we scale.

This is a hands-on leadership role with coding, design docs, ADR reviews, and close collaboration with a senior engineer and juniors. You’ll craft the architecture, define the squad’s ways of working, and remove blockers to delivery, while coaching engineers and guiding cross-team sequencing.
