United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior engineering leader to own reliability, delivery, and technical bar for a payments platform across the Americas. You will help push AI-native engineering, review code, and lead a hybrid in-house and partner-driven team alongside the CTO, while staying close to production.

You will hire and co-lead a small, high-caliber team, with responsibility for mission-critical workloads across multiple markets, including Latin America and the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building payments, banking, or financial infrastructure moving real money.
• Experience with acquiring, processing, ledgers, reconciliation in fintech.
• Hands-on approach: writes and reviews code, handles incidents.

Responsibilities

• Reliability: uptime, incident response, observability for payment routing.
• Delivery: manage quarterly tech roadmap, release cadence, and honest dates.
