Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Fullstack Engineer to help build and scale a new Embedded Payments team serving SaaS platforms for law firms. This player-coach role spends about 70% hands-on in code and architecture and 30% leading engineers, driving technical direction, delivery, and platform modernization.
You will design, build, and support payment-related features including processing, billing, Stripe Connect integrations, ACH/eCheck, payouts, reconciliation, PCI compliance, and money
Qualifications
- Lead Fullstack Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Expert-level experience with C# and .NET and React/TypeScript.
- Proven leadership while remaining hands-on and hands-on in code/architecture.
- Experience building and supporting microservices and payment platforms.
- Cloud experience (Azure) and PCI-compliant payment systems understanding.
Responsibilities
- Spend ~70% hands-on in code and architecture, 30% leading engineers.
- Own technical direction, delivery, code quality, and platform modernization.
- Design, build, and support payment functionality: processing, billing, Stripe Connect, ACH.
- Collaborate with product, QA, design and nearshore teams to consolidate legacy solutions.
