Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Tech Lead of Operational Technology to own and build the security program protecting its autonomous factories and manufacturing ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of OT/ICS security, embedded systems, physical security, and supply chain assurance.

You will be the senior technical authority defending production environments from cyber-physical threats, insider risk, IP theft, and supply chain compromise, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Security

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS, embedded/product security, manufacturing, or supply chain security.
• Deep knowledge of industrial environments including PLCs, SCADA/DCS, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial protocols.
• Experience building and running security programs from ground up across technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Hadrian's end-to-end manufacturing security strategy and architecture.
• Secure OT/ICS environments across factories with network segmentation, monitoring, identity/access, and asset security.
• Define security requirements for embedded systems and hardware (secure boot, firmware signing, hardware roots of trust, JTAG/UART lockdown).
• Assess and test factory environments across OT networks, firmware, hardware, and third-party partners.
• Protect against supply chain compromise, tampering, IP theft, insider threats, and cyber-physical attacks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Security, and external government/defense stakeholders.
