Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Tech Lead to oversee Offensive Security, developing and leading the security function from the ground up. This role requires deep red-team experience and proficiency in reverse engineering and offensive tooling.

You’ll work hands-on to protect our autonomous factories, ensuring security across software, robotics, and physical devices while collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to drive risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on red-team and penetration-testing experience.
• Strong reverse engineering skills and track record of finding vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency building offensive tooling in Python, Go, or C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Hadrian’s offensive security function.
• Perform reverse engineering and vulnerability research in manufacturing.
• Develop AI-driven tooling to assess security of AI and autonomy systems.
• Drive findings to remediation and run purple-team exercises.
• Represent Hadrian’s security posture to stakeholders.
