Job summary

Hadrian seeks a Tech Lead to establish and run our offensive security program. You will own red-team operations, perform deep reverse engineering, and build AI-driven offensive tooling across manufacturing software, robotics, OT, cloud, and devices.

You will operate autonomously, setting strategy and delivering measurable risk reductions while collaborating with engineering and DoD stakeholders. A U.S. person under ITAR is required.

Qualifications

• Elite red-team and pentest experience at a top-tier engineering organization.
• Strong reverse engineering skills with experience in Ghidra/IDA Pro/Binary Ninja.
• Proficiency building offensive tooling in Python, Go or C/C++.
• Ability to operate autonomously and set strategy with initial sole ownership.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Hadrian’s offensive security function: red-team ops, pentesting, and adversary emulation across software, robotics/OT, cloud, and devices.
• Perform reverse engineering and vulnerability research on firmware, embedded controllers, and third-party components.
• Develop AI-driven offensive tooling to scale coverage and assess Hadrian’s AI/autonomy security.
• Drive findings to remediation with engineering and the blue team; run purple-team exercises.
• Represent Hadrian’s security posture to customers, auditors, and DoD stakeholders.
