Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. The Tech Lead will create and lead the offensive security function, owning adversary emulation across our software, robotics, OT, cloud, and devices.

You will perform reverse engineering, craft AI-driven tooling, and drive risk reduction with engineers and blue teams. You will represent our security posture to customers and DoD stakeholders while operating with minimal oversight from day one.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on red-team and penetration-testing experience at a top-tier engineering organization.
• Strong reverse engineering skills with weaponization of real vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency building offensive tooling in Python, Go, or C/C++ and leveraging AI.
• Ability to operate fully autonomously and own outcomes from the start.
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Hadrian's offensive security function: red-team ops, pen-testing, and adversary emulation across software, robotics/OT, cloud, and physical devices.
• Perform reverse engineering and vulnerability research on firmware, embedded controllers, and third-party components.
• Develop AI-driven offensive tooling to scale coverage and assess Hadrian's AI and autonomy systems.
• Drive findings to remediation with engineering and the blue team; run purple-team exercises and measure risk reduction.
• Represent Hadrian's security posture to customers, auditors, and DoD stakeholders.
