Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Tech Lead of Operational Technology to own and build the security program protecting our autonomous factories and manufacturing ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of OT/ICS security, embedded systems, physical security, and supply chain assurance, acting as the senior technical authority against cyber-physical threats.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Security, and government/defense stakeholders to establish a comprehensive security

Qualifications

• 10+ years across OT/ICS, embedded/product security, manufacturing, or supply chain security.
• Hands-on ownership of security programs in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience with industrial control systems and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Hadrian's end-to-end manufacturing security strategy and architecture.
• Secure OT/ICS environments across factories including segmentation and monitoring.
• Define security requirements for embedded hardware, including secure boot and firmware signing.
• Assess OT networks, firmware, hardware, and third-party partners for risk.
• Protect against supply chain compromise, IP theft, and cyber-physical attacks.
