Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. As a Security Engineer you will shape security across the stack, from cloud and container workloads to OT systems on the factory floor.

You will drive the transition to Factory-as-a-Service with strong guardrails and automation, joining as a founding security team member. You will own incident response, map new systems, and design controls that scale with the company’s growth, while upholding ITAR/NIST standards and protecting

Qualifications

• 4+ years in security engineering with ownership of outcomes.
• Ship the fix, not just the finding, via code and guardrails.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or OT security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own security end-to-end across the full stack—application, cloud, Kubernetes, identity, and OT systems.
• Scale security through automation and self-enforcing guardrails.
• Map unfamiliar systems, identify real risk, and design appropriate controls.
• Turn compliance into engineering with ITAR and CMMC 2.0/NIST 800-171 requirements.
• Investigate, contain, and drive incidents to resolution and systemic fixes.
