Hadrian is seeking a Tech Lead of Operational Technology to oversee the security program protecting our autonomous factories. You will be responsible for safeguarding production environments from cyber-physical threats and managing OT/ICS security strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS, embedded/product, manufacturing, or supply chain security.
• Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA/DCS, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial protocols.
• Experience with IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 standards.
• Ability to build a security program from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Hadrian's security strategy and architecture.
• Secure OT/ICS environments with network segmentation and industrial monitoring.
• Establish security requirements for embedded systems and hardware.
• Protect against supply chain compromise and insider threats.
