Job summary

Hadrian is building a Security Engineer role focusing on securing a full-stack platform across application code, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, and OT systems on the factory floor. You will help shape security standards and tooling as it scales to serve external customers and partners.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, incident response, and risk-based controls with a bias toward automation and guardrails.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in security engineering, software engineering, or infra with hands-on ownership.
• Experience securing manufacturing or OT environments.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, LLMs, automation, and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own security end-to-end across the stack: app code, cloud, Kubernetes, identity, and OT systems.
• Define standards, best practices, and tooling to scale security.
• Design and implement risk-based controls and guardrails.
• Investigate, contain, and drive incidents to resolution.
