Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Tech Lead of Operational Technology to own and build the security program protecting our autonomous factories and manufacturing ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of OT/ICS security, embedded systems, physical security, and supply chain assurance. You'll be the senior technical authority protecting Hadrian's production environments from cyber-physical threats, insider risks, and IP theft.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS or related security roles with hands-on ownership.
• Deep knowledge of industrial environments and protocols.
• Experience with IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Hadrian's end-to-end manufacturing security strategy and architecture.
• Secure OT/ICS environments across factories with network segmentation and monitoring.
• Define security requirements for embedded systems and hardware, including secure boot and firmware signing.
• Assess factory environments across OT networks, firmware, hardware and partners.
• Protect against supply chain compromise, tampering and IP theft.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Security and government stakeholders.
