Job summary

Hadrian, a leader in autonomous manufacturing, is seeking a Tech Lead for Offensive Security to build Hadrian’s red-team from the ground up. You will own an elite security program spanning software, OT, cloud, and AI, performing reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and tooling development.

You’ll work autonomously at Hadrian’s Seattle-area facility, collaborating with engineering and DoD stakeholders to reduce risk and demonstrate security leadership in US ITAR-controlled environments.

Qualifications

• Elite red-team and pentest experience at a top-tier org.
• Strong reverse engineering skills with malware analysis experience.
• Hands-on development of offensive tooling with AI acceleration.
• Ability to operate autonomously from day one.

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security function from the ground up.
• Conduct red-team ops across software, OT, cloud, and devices.
• Perform firmware analysis and vuln research.
• Develop AI-powered offensive tooling.
• Coordinate remediation and risk reduction with teams.
