Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior leader to drive the technical strategy and engineering of core MarTech data platforms, including CDP, Identity Resolution, and Data Clean Rooms. You will shape trusted, scalable, privacy-first data foundations powering Marketing 360 and GenAI-powered experiences.

You will lead architecture, design, and delivery of data solutions, enforce governance, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver durable

Qualifications

8+ years in software/data engineering or data platform development with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for Vanguard's MarTech Data Platform ecosystem (CDP, Identity Resolution, Data Clean Rooms).
Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure data solutions with reliability and performance.
Drive DataOps, CI/CD, testing, security, and platform operations best practices.
Partner with Product/Marketing/Analytics to translate business needs into durable solutions.
Oversee full solution lifecycle from architecture to deployment and optimization.
Establish data governance, privacy, and compliance aligned with enterprise requirements.
Evaluate emerging technologies and develop roadmaps for marketing and activation strategies.
Mentor engineers and communicate platform strategy to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
