Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience building and operating data platforms or large-scale data pipelines.
• Marketing data domain knowledge including customer interaction data usage across digital channels.
• Experience with CDP, Identity Resolution, customer profiles, and privacy-aware data collaboration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert IT lead services for complex software, middleware, or hardware projects across platforms; designs and maintains architectures.
• Ensures viability of IT deliverables; reviews, tests, and approves technical deliverables.
• Identifies solutions, mentors team members, and performs root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Communicates project issues and implications to stakeholders; evaluates change requests.
• Maintains knowledge of IT development methodologies and standards; mentors staff and enforces usage of standards.
• Reviews documentation and diagrams; writes technical standards and processes.
• Suggests continuous quality improvements of standards and technologies.
• Participates in design, code, and test inspections; presents status at milestones.
• Complies with IT and information security policies; ensures deliverables meet requirements.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
