Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Commercial Tech Lead, Data Management, to provide hands-on technical leadership for the Data Management Product team. You will guide architectural direction, build scalable data solutions, and partner with PO to translate roadmaps into executable plans.

You will work with security, compliance, and vendor partners to deliver governed data assets and integrated data products for analytics and market access use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
• 4+ years in a tech lead or leadership role delivering data products.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner to design scalable, compliant data solutions.
• Lead technical delivery, architecture, and vendor coordination for data products.
• Translate requirements into executable work and guide Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance across platforms.
