You will work with Product, Applied Research, and Engineering leadership to guide a small team of engineers from concept to reliable production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience in AI/LLM platforms and agentic architectures preferred.
• Ability to lead and grow a small engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for a key area of the agentic AI platform.
• Stay close to code while guiding architecture and delivery.
• Mentor engineers, manage performance and growth.
• Partner with Product, Research, and Design to align with strategy.
• Establish engineering best practices and safety standards.
• Drive real-time AI workflows and enterprise integrations.
