Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience in digital product management and owning a product roadmap.
• Experience using event and engagement management platforms (e.g., SpotMe, VDE).

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned to global and franchise priorities with stakeholders.
• Lead evolution of the KOL & External Engagement Platforms roadmap with data-driven prioritization.
• Translate business needs into product solutions with measurable success metrics.
• Drive a global roadmap for governance, workflows, and engagement capability improvements.
