FieldFlō seeks a Tech Lead, Integrations to own the integration platform end to end. You’ll set the technical direction, write code daily, and remain accountable for connector quality and reliability. You’ll join client calls, explain sync behavior, and help customers move away from paper processes.

The role requires hands-on coding, leadership, and strong English communication, with hybrid work in the Denver area.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software development with significant hands-on integration architecture experience.
• Experience integrating with ERP/payroll systems (QuickBooks, Sage, Foundation, Viewpoint, COINS, Acumatica, or similar).
• Designing sync architectures with state management, conflict resolution, and partial-failure recovery.

Aufgaben

• Own the integration platform end to end, including architecture, roadmap, and long-term vision.
• Build, maintain, and debug sync connectors; step in on urgent issues.
• Develop new API endpoints and lead proofs of concept for future connectors.
