Tech Lead (Informatica/Oracle)

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite – Local candidates only)

Duration: 8-12 Months

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Oracle & PL/SQL
• Shell scripting (Unix/Linux)
• Git (version control)
• Experience with SAP Incentive Management or other commissions systems
• Ability to review, triage, and guide fixes for batch jobs, data issues, or mapping failures

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of IT experience with strong technical delivery and production support exposure
• Previous experience working with hybrid teams (onshore–offshore model)
• Familiarity with NFCS, OIPA, or commissions/payments platforms is a plus
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with client teams and offshore developers
