Job summary

You will partner with product, policy, and algorithm teams to translate governance policies into robust, low-friction solutions, leveraging LLM and agent-based workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency. The role emphasizes leadership and cross-timezone collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field required.
• 5+ years of experience building highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated technical leadership on complex projects end-to-end.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design and system architecture for product governance and IPR services and write high-quality code for critical paths.
• Design and evolve IP protection systems end-to-end with rights-holder tooling and takedown workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, drive design reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Shape the team's technical roadmap focusing on scalability and governance outcomes.
• Partner with product managers, policy/legal teams, and engineers to implement governance policies.
• Drive adoption of LLM and agent-based capabilities in review workflows.
