Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager with a track record launching LLM-related products.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, requirements, prototyping, and PRD for AI-driven service features for merchants and creators.
• Leverage LLMs to enhance chatbot interactions and design AI-empowered workflows for frontline support.
• Collaborate with global CS, engineering, and AI teams to align with international requirements.
• Make data-driven decisions using KPIs like CSAT and CPD to steer product iterations.
