RTX is seeking a senior leader to guide the integrated electric systems research at RTRC in East Hartford. You will own the long‑term strategy for the discipline and ensure top‑tier assets, labs, and staff capabilities to deliver cutting‑edge research for aerospace and defense programs.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver complex objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and executes long-term strategy and operational direction for the discipline.
• Ensure best-in-class technical assets and discipline health for world-class research.
• Manage labs, equipment, and software tools; budget responsibility.
• Collaborate with RTX business units to develop technical solutions; fund external engagements.
• Mentor staff, perform reviews, and plan career development.
