Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Electrical Engineering Software and Tooling Solutions team. You will own the end-to-end tool lifecycle, optimize license utilization, and coordinate hardware infrastructure to support high-performance EE environments.

You will collaborate with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless tool delivery while driving strategic tooling governance and security compliance across secure labs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in aerospace/defense or high-tech environments.
• Strong background in electrical engineering software suites and license server management.
• Proven ability to manage full software tool lifecycles and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tool portfolio lifecycle from intake to retirement.
• Monitor and optimize license utilization and maintenance agreements.
• Collaborate with program leads and stakeholders to ensure tool delivery.
• Oversee hardware infrastructure and server support for EE design environments.
• Shape long-term tooling strategy and governance across labs.
