Citi is seeking an Application Support Tech Lead in Jacksonville, FL to join the Data & Analytics Platforms Operations team. You will drive full‑stack technology compliance, oversee infrastructure standards, and mitigate risk for an enterprise analytics environment.

This role requires strong leadership, deep technical delivery, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to improve platform safety, soundness, and user outcomes. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in application support and technology operations.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and design scalable solutions.
• Proven leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience gathering requirements for large programs.
• Experience with Linux servers (RedHat/SUSE) and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of IT risk, audits, and regulatory governance.
• Experience with SAS/Viya, SQL, Tableau for analytics.
• Hands-on SAS, Linux shell scripting, or Visual Basic.
• Familiarity with SDLC tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and software compliance monitoring across environments.
• Coordinate admins and users to remediate identified risks.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and propose mitigations.
• Define system scope and translate analysis into requirements.
• Produce technical documentation and audit materials.
