Job summary

IntusCare is seeking a Tech Lead to guide one CareHub pod and report to the VP of Engineering. You will shape architecture, set standards, and coach a team of about 5 engineers while hands-on coding and reviewing design work.

You will collaborate with product and UX to break down user stories into technical tickets and ensure feasibility and high quality. A startup environment with 100+ employees and a focus on AI in SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience as tech lead or engineering team lead.
• Experience scaling large web applications and production systems.
• Experience building 0 to 1 with scalability and observability from the start.
• Experience with FHIR, SQL, GraphQL.
• Healthcare or high-security industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design and scaffolding for large projects.
• Collaborate with product and UX to break down stories and patterns.
• Develop with engineers in your pod as an individual contributor.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on technical skills.
