Job summary

IntusCare is seeking a Tech Lead to guide one CareHub pod and shape the architecture of our latest healthcare software product. You will split time between hands-on development and leading design reviews, coaching colleagues, and aligning technical work with product and UX needs.

You will drive technical roadmap decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as Sr. SWE/Tech Lead in fullstack web apps.
• Excellent problem solving and collaboration with product and design.
• Comfortable building healthcare software with high security needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of ~5 engineers and coach them on technical excellence.
• Write code, review designs, and drive design reviews and PRs.
• Collaborate with Product Management & UX to translate stories into feasible tech work.
• Address customer feedback with engineering solutions and manage tech debt.
