Job summary

Silicon IT Hub Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to own the technical direction of client and internal products end to end. You will mentor engineers and coordinate between onshore stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

You'll architect across front end, back end, APIs, and databases, write and review production code, and drive CI/CD, testing, and security practices in a fast-growing IT services environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands-on skills across full stack technologies and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and drive design, development, and delivery of full-stack apps.
• Set technical direction and stay hands-on with the codebase.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams and track timelines.
