Job summary

IntusCare is seeking a Technical Lead for the CareHub pod. You will shape architecture, drive technical progress, and lead a pod of ~5 engineers, reporting to the VP of Engineering.

You’ll split time between architecture decisions, hands-on coding, and coordinating with Product Management & UX to ensure feasibility and quality of features. You will mentor engineers, review PRs, and collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality, scalable web application in a remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical abilities paired with a product mindset.
• Ability to make architecture decisions for a scaled web application and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and collaborating with product/design teams.
• Healthcare or high-security industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design and large project scaffolding, shaping the SDLC.
• Lead the pod, review design decisions, and coach engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to translate user stories into feasible technical work.
• Support customer feedback loops and align technical work with business goals.
