Job summary

The Hollister Group is partnering with a forward-thinking investment management client in Boston to recruit a Tech & IT Recruiter. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and IT roles, shaping sourcing strategies and candidate experiences.

Join a collaborative team that values inclusion, drives diversity, and leverages modern ATS and CRM tools to build robust pipelines. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical and IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor sourcing strategies.
• Build relationships with candidates through proactive outreach.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS/CRM updates.
• Support contract, contract-to-perm, and permanent placements.
• Improve recruiting practices and foster inclusion.
