With 3–5+ years of experience at a tech company or startup, you’ll leverage Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools to drive data-backed hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech company or fast-growing startup.
• Proven ability to recruit across technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and commercial roles (Sales, GTM).
• Expert proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing passive candidates to offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
