Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology and IP transactions.
• Hybrid experience across top law firms and in-house tech legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sit first-chair on strategic tech deals including partnerships, licensing, and data/AI terms.
• Build and mentor a team of 10+ attorneys in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
• Advise GCs, founders, boards and deal teams with actionable guidance on novel legal questions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to translate practice insights into automated tooling and AI workflows.
