Connect Legal Partners is a fully remote US law firm seeking a leader to build the technology and IP transactions practice. You will oversee licensing, commercial technology agreements, and the IP side of deals while shaping how the practice grows and guiding the lawyers around you.

This senior role requires 12+ years in tech/IP transactions, a JD with active bar admission, and ideally a mix of law firm and in-house experience.

The role

You will lead and build the technology and IP transactions practice. Expect licensing, commercial technology agreements and the IP side of deals, along with shaping how the practice grows and helping lead the lawyers around you. No book of business is needed.

What is on offer

A salary of $280K to $320K, a partner title without a book requirement, the chance to build a practice from the ground up and full remote working.
