Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology and IP transactions.
• Hybrid experience spanning top law firms and in-house tech legal teams.
• Active U.S. bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Sit first chair on strategic tech deals including partnerships, licensing, SaaS and data/AI terms.
• Lead IP diligence across M&A, financings, carve-outs and spin-outs.
• Build and mentor a team of attorneys in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Advise GCs, founders and boards with actionable guidance on novel legal questions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to develop AI-enabled workflows.
