Job summary

BetaNXT in Cary, NC is seeking a Specialist, Technology Infrastructure to help plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure initiatives that keep operations secure, reliable, and scalable. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering and business teams to track milestones, prepare reports, and drive successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with 2–4 years in technology infrastructure within a regulated environment

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years in technology infrastructure, service delivery, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support delivery of infrastructure projects and operations.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Facilitate collaboration across Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering and business teams.
• Assist with planning and monitoring infrastructure work for internal and client commitments.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, and delivery reports.
• Coordinate resources across multiple teams to enable efficient execution.
• Communicate progress, timelines, requirements, and constraints to stakeholders.
• Support issue identification, escalation, and resolution to minimize delays.
• Contribute to process improvements for delivery effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Foster relationships and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
