Job summary

BetaNXT is seeking a Specialist, Technology Infrastructure to help plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure initiatives that enable secure, reliable, and scalable operations. The role collaborates with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to align delivery with priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and a clear communicator with experience in regulated industries and fintech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technology infrastructure or project coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support successful delivery of infrastructure projects and activities.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions to meet objectives.
• Facilitate communication across Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, and business teams.
• Assist with planning and monitoring infrastructure work for internal and client commitments.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting.
• Coordinate resources across multiple teams for efficient execution.
• Communicate progress, timelines, requirements, and constraints to stakeholders.
• Work with technical teams to align delivery with organizational goals.
• Support issue identification, escalation, and resolution to minimize delays.
• Contribute to process improvement and regulatory compliance efforts.
