Job summary

BetaNXT is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Analysis to drive insights and deliver requirements across complex initiatives. You will work autonomously, partnering with Finance, Risk, IT, and Compliance to translate business needs into scalable solutions that boost efficiency and strategic outcomes.

You will lead requirements gathering, map processes, document BRDs, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related discipline.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial services products, regulatory environments, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts across multiple initiatives, delivering high‑quality requirements and actionable insights.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define business needs and solution approaches.
• Gather, document, and validate BRDs, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with IT and project teams.
• Support implementation by ensuring alignment between objectives and delivered solutions.
• Monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
• Coach junior analysts as needed.
• Influence timelines and priorities across initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
