Job summary

BetaNXT seeks a Specialist, Technology Infrastructure to plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure initiatives ensuring secure, reliable operations. You will work with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align delivery with priorities and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong communication and project coordination skills, in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 2–4 years in technology infrastructure or service delivery.
• Strong multitasking and communication in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with regulated financial services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Track milestones, risks, and action items to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate cross-team communication across functions.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and issue resolution.
