Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an innovative Tech Infra Program Manager to lead cross‑functional design and deployment of next‑generation sortation and delivery solutions across a scalable network. You will own large capital projects, define requirements, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and deliver turnkey equipment and systems to operations.

You will partner with internal customers, vendors, and teams to drive plans from design through hand‑off, travel up to 50% regionally, and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience with complex MHE and packaging lines or Lean Manufacturing systems.
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large, highly complex programs through the develop and deployment lifecycle.
• Understand business and technical requirements of product integration across mechanical, electrical, and controls functions.
• Communicate technical design to tech and non‑tech stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with Operations to manage networks strategy and project priorities.
• Define program scope and requirements for design engineers to enable knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate solutions balancing business value and technical risk.
• Travel and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Build relationships with FC leadership and operations across multiple sites.
