Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience with complex MHE and packaging lines or process design based on Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Manufacturing System.
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large, highly complex programs through the develop and deployment lifecycle.
• Deeply understand the business and technical requirements of product integration from mechanical, electrical, and controls functions.
• Demonstrate systems-level architecture fluency, critique tech design, and tailor communication for tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to align networks strategy and project priorities for impactful projects.
• Define program scope and technical/business requirements and relay to design engineering concisely for efficient transfer of knowledge.
• Evaluate solutions and make decisions balancing business value and technology risk.
