Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Tech Infra Program Manager to lead cross-functional design and deployment of next-generation sortation and distribution solutions across a world-class fulfillment and logistics network. You will own end-to-end technology and integration projects, delivering turnkey solutions with timely handovers to operations.

The role requires 50% travel regionally, collaboration with vendors and customers, and strong engineering/program management experience in fulfillment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management
• Experience with complex MHE and packaging lines or process design based on Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Manufacturing System
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large, highly complex programs through the develop and deployment lifecycle
• Deeply understand business and technical requirements of product integration from mechanical, electrical, and controls functions
• Have fluency in systems level architecture and tailor communication for tech and non-tech stakeholders
• Work with Operations Leadership to manage networks strategy and project priority
• Define program scope and requirements for design engineering teams
• Evaluate solutions and balance business value with technology risk
• Build strong relationships with FC leadership and operations teams across sites
• Communicate program status to senior leadership
• Travel up to 50% to interact with internal/external leaders
