CLA is seeking a Controller with Technology Industry experience for our CAAS practice. You will oversee GAAP-related financial activities, develop internal controls, and manage budgeting, cash, and procurement functions.

The role involves preparing financials and reports and advising management on financial objectives. Required: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years as Controller with back-office accounting experience; CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 7+ years relevant experience as a Controller.
• Back-office accounting experience required.
• Technology industry experience highly preferred.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of GAAP (FASB/SFAS) and tech industry financials.
• Create internal controls, budgeting, cash and procurement policies.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and investments.
• Prepare financial statements and regulatory reports.
• Monitor KPIs and advise on financial objectives.
• Communicate with boards, bankers, and investors.
