Job summary

RSM US LLP in New York City seeks a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth in the Technology sector, building relationships with midmarket to large technology companies and expanding RSM's Audit, Tax, and Consulting practices.

You will lead end-to-end sales, cultivate Csuite relationships, manage multi-stakeholder cycles, and collaborate with marketing and service lines to bring full solutions to NYC's TMT ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years selling professional services to midmarket companies
• Experience selling consulting services with cross-disciplinary teams
• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles from identification to close
• Experience engaging multiple senior decision makers (Csuite)

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify NYC-based technology opportunities not currently served by RSM
• Execute defined sales plan and manage the full sales process
• Leverage a network of technology-focused COIs to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with TMT Industry team leaders to target priority accounts
• Support leadership in cross-selling services across Audit, Tax, and Consulting
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted TMT go-to-market campaigns
• Build disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasts
• Coordinate with firm staff to deliver integrated solutions
