Job summary

Pure Storage is seeking a Director of Finance Business Partner for Technology & Growth to partner with senior leaders and shape the financial strategy for new products and business models. This highly visible role will own planning, budgeting, and forecasting across headcount, opex, and capex, and will build a scalable Finance organization.

Based in our Santa Clara office, you will lead cross-functional collaboration with Digital Transformation, CIO, Enterprise and Commercial Lines of Business,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively complex Finance experience with Corporate FP&A exposure.
• Strong financial and commercial modeling expertise including pricing, demand, investment scenarios and complex business models.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to influence decisions through insights.
• Experience navigating complex commercial arrangements and evaluating financial implications.
• Proven track record building, leading and developing high-performing Finance teams.
• Advanced modeling skills; familiarity with Anaplan and ERP systems is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Shape the financial strategy for new and evolving business models and pricing.
• Partner with senior leaders across Technology & Growth, Digital Transformation, CIO and business units.
• Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting across headcount, opex, and capex.
• Translate complex performance into executive-level reporting and recommendations.
• Evaluate opportunities, investments, and complex commercial arrangements with financial models.
• Build and lead the Finance team while scaling forecasting and reporting systems.
